Important Notes
- Our upper age limit is 11 years old during normal opening hours – this is extended to 14 years for Exclusive Venue Hire.
- By Law: All children 8 years old and under cannot be left unattended by a parent or guardian.
- We reserve the right to run sessions of 1 to 1 ½ hours during particularly busy periods.
- We are generally open 7 days a week from 9.30am to 7.00pm however please check for holiday opening times at Christmas and Easter.
- Please ensure that all Party Groups wear socks and preferably have arms and legs covered when playing on the frame.
- Birthday Parties: The minimum party size is 8 children and the maximum is 40.
- Group Bookings (During Normal Hours): The minimum group size is 10 children for Play Only and 20 children for Play and Food.
- Exclusive Hire (Outside Normal Hours): The minimum payment is for a group size of 60 children (fewer may attend) up to a maximum of 150.
- We are not able to combine hot and cold party meals.
- If a party is cancelled within 24 hours no refund will be given on the food and entrance fee, although the party may be re-arranged.
- If a party is cancelled no later than 4 weeks before the party date, the party can be re-arranged at a mutually agreeable time. Alternatively
a voucher can be issued to match the value of the deposit.
